The poor became poorer, the rich became richer, and there is almost nothing that the corporations don't own. Crime is rampant as countless call for reform, but many just try to get by day-to-day. Will you rise to the occasion and change this desperate city? Enjoy a rich, developed world teeming danger and intrigue...
